![]() Unprofessional, and criminal rating for Round the clock. I will never allow any home health agency into my home. When i called back they just asked if i wanted someone else to come into my home, when i stated no, they became aggressively rude. ![]() I asked to speak to a supervisor they never returned my call. ![]() When i called to complain they Round the Clock staff were rude and dismissing. When i called her to let her know she was terrified stating that her finger prints were all over every bottle but she didn't take them. When i returned home i checked the medication as i always do, and noticed that 60 controlled pain medication was missing. On the third day she was texting myself and my wife all day while we were working. She stated that she was trained in medication, and gave us her phone number to keep us posted. on her first day she appeared very caring and offered to adjust all my sister-in-laws medication. I am a current client of this providerĭave143 Round the clock care provided a young female home health aide "APPLE". These people are just WAITING for an excuse to blame someone else for their lack of compassion, and unprofessional attitude. As a matter of fact, these employees are just WAITING for something to complain about!!!! And to cut me off from service and from being understood. And I'm sick and tired of always being the guilty fall guy, the scapegoat or whatever and not getting the help or service that I need because I am perceived as yelling. Why? Because I myself am about 50% deaf and wear hearing aids. I am hard of hearing and do try VERY HARD to hear, to speak with clarity and understanding and most of all to ENUNCIATE my words. Some of the people in this town will prevent me from getting the service I need because THEY PERCEIVE that I am yelling. And the male manager should have called me back. ![]() For calls, for visits, for them to get it together with their schedule. What I have done mostly for this company is wait, wait, wait. So I waited during that period of time and no show again. I was so frustrated, and why wouldn't I be? Now today I had been told to expect I think they said either a call or visit between 10-2. In the first place, she set the pace for my next 2 weeks I was so mad., And then to boot, this manager did not take my side at all, and in fact said I was yelling at him so he could understand I yelled at the other girl. So I complained to some man supervisor there about the girl who said I was yelling at her. I'm saying they are not in any way the professional nursing company that everyone says they are. I'm not saying they didn't take my temp, bp and pulse. So then they are going to say I have anxiety. The one I asked to leave upset me so very much. I depended upon these "nurses" as I live alone, have a dog to take care of, am recovering from bronchitis which I've had about 2 months, and one nurse did not know what I had in terms of illness. Also, 2 of them showed up, one of which left after ringing the doorbell once, and when she came back she was indignant stating I was yelling at her. They will refute this as they have everytime I have called to complain about them. Raddue Almost every communication I had with this company, they did not know their schedule and could tell me when someone would come, but then they either didn't come or didn't call first or they called an hour before they were supposed to come and expected me to be available without giving me enough time.
